Representing over a dozen groups from across the province, as well as national and international group, members of the pipeline caucus come together around common concerns about the potential impacts of the proposed Energy East Pipeline.  

More specifically, the caucus is working towards advancing the following priorities:

  • Increasing public awareness & education around the Energy East Pipeline,
  • Sharing materials and educational resources among the involved groups,
  • Linking with national campaigns/actions around the Energy East Pipeline,
  • Linking with other groups involved more broadly with climate/energy/water issues, and
  • Networking
The NBEN brings environmental groups together to work on the Energy East Pipeline through its caucus approach.
